The Challenge

The core challenge facing the Peugeot and TotalEnergies partnership is translating their long-standing collaboration and shared commitment to sustainability into a unified, compelling, and distinct market narrative that resonates with environmentally conscious consumers and drives adoption of their combined sustainable mobility solutions. This requires overcoming fragmented regional messaging and ensuring all customer-facing communications clearly articulate the integrated value derived from both brands working together.

The Objective

The objective of this marketing toolkit project is to develop a comprehensive, co-branded campaign framework and asset library that equips all regional marketing teams with the standardized messaging, visual identity, and content necessary to launch a cohesive global campaign promoting the superior performance, convenience, and eco-responsibility delivered by the integrated Peugeot vehicle and TotalEnergies service ecosystem, thereby solidifying the partnership's position as the trusted leader in anxiety-free sustainable mobility.

My Exploration

I successfully led the winning competitive pitch, directing all creative and visual storytelling. Our winning strategy involved presenting three unique and strategically robust campaign concepts to maximize our chances of success. I'll now walk through how we achieved that, starting with the initial explorations shown below.

Winning Visual

The client preference centered on this design's straightforward execution and ease of adaptation. The visuals are divided into two collages: one dedicated to showing dynamic movement and clearly featuring the Peugeot brand (e.g., the driver), and the second focused on the TotalEnergies brand and product utility (e.g., the lubricant pouring action). This separation ensures clear communication for both partners.

My personal takeaway...

I own the end-to-end execution of campaign ideas, from initial concept to final marketing assets and branding guidelines, including the development of key visuals. I successfully led this graphic pitch while supervising my junior team members and collaborating closely with graphic designers. Furthermore, I concurrently manage and contribute to the other marketing campaigns detailed below.
